Communication skills vital in management

Workspeak Pty Ltd, the Australian based corporate training group, has today announced a contract to provide inter-personal communication skills workshops as part of the Business SA Diploma of Business Management, a fast track qualification emphasising and extending the skills and expertise of the manager.
In announcing the contract, Paolo Cardelli, a director of Workspeak Pty Ltd, noted the importance of this training to emerging management.

"A prerequisite for successful management is effective communication, and nothing challenges managers more than the process of delivering a presentation to team members or a broader audience in a polished and professional manner" he said.

"These issues were recognised by Business SA when developing the course which culminates in a presentation to sponsoring employers. Management attending are usually confident presenters and our contribution, early in the course, is to offer delegates a structure to use as a framework for future presentations."
